Hyperfixkin is kinning a fictional character, non-human animal, etc. due to a hyperfixation on said being. This identity may go away after the hyperfixation has ended, or it may be a permanent identity.
Hyperfixkin can be a microlabel of fictionkin, therian, otherhearted, etc. depending on the subject that the user is identifying with/as.
Hyperfixkin can be used as a form of fictionflicker.[1]
Exclusivity[]
Hyperfixkin is a neurodivergent-exclusive term. Only those who experience hyperfixations[2] can use this label.
Shifts[]
Shifts are not experienced differently by hyperfixkin than therians, fictionkins, otherhearted, etc.
After a hyperfixation on the character, animal, etc. shifts may stop happening/reduce in strength or frequency.
